Releasing Your Inner You: Taking Power by Unleashing Your Voice by Joshua J. Warren

Hello Dreamers,

Have you ever had trouble speaking up for yourself? Have you felt things on the inside but didn’t know how to express those feelings or hesitated based upon how the person on the receiving end might take it?

We all deal with it to some extent. Refraining from expressing our feelings can sometimes feel natural because we believe that we can work through things inside rather than putting them on the table. I’m going to tell you now, this couldn’t be further from the truth. The reality is when we harbor those thoughts and feelings we disrupt our actions and our results which ultimately strips us of our power.

Here’s how to identify the root of your feelings and release your voice by taking action.

1. Thoughts Drive Our Feelings.

What we think is the beginning of what manifests in our lives. Sometimes we think that the conversations we have inside are going how they do in everyone. What sometimes we fail to understand is that that inner dialogue is our inner self communicating with us. It is the part of us that is connected to the universe so how those conversations go start the process of how things manifest in our lives. Our thoughts create vibrations within our lives and once those vibrations are released, they then attract similar vibrations. Choosing to shift the way you think from a negative space to a positive one helps us to begin the process of taking control of our situations and released the voice of our inner selves. Since thoughts drive our feelings, choosing to think positively moves us to feel better about our situations and that, in turn, moves us to a different spiritual frequency. In other words, it shifts our level of consciousness.

2. Feelings Drive Our Actions.

The next step of the process is understanding that what we think influences how we feel. Our feeling, in turn, influence our actions. When we change our thoughts it makes us feel better about the situations and circumstances that we are met with. How we feel directly impacts the way that we act. If we feel confident, then we will perform actions confidently and find ourselves more being productive and progressive. Honestly, if we take a second to zoom out we can examine our habits and trace them back to feelings and thoughts respectively. The way we feel moves us to act in a number of ways, so when we are more optimistic we feel more secure and thus perform better.

3. Actions Drive Our Results.

The final step is understanding that our actions impact our results. How many times have you felt not so good about what you’re doing or how you’re doing it? I bet if you took the time to examine those feelings you would find that it yielded not so good results and that is because the negative feelings invited negative actions and produced negative results. This is the final piece of the puzzle. Taking the time to positively change your thoughts will trickle all the way down to yielding positive results. So if we think good, healthy and loving things about ourselves and our endeavors, it would follow that we will act in good, healthy and loving ways and produce the same type of results.

This is the process that we would use to unleash the voice that we hold inside this liberating the true us. When we understand this process we can travel through life with a boldness and joy knowing that we are the captains of our fate. Liberating our true selves and freeing our voice gives us the power that has been robbed from us via our circumstances and life experiences. Remember that you are here in this moment for a reason and you and your voice matters whether you believe it or not. We are standing with you to encourage you through any circumstance, inspire you to live your dreams, help accelerate you beyond fear and transform your situation from a negative one to one of strength and positivity. Embrace your greatness everyday because the process takes practice and practice makes professional.

With love and light,

Joshua J. Warren
