Calling All Writers

The Dream Incentive Blog is taking submissions for our upcoming summer event entitled “Discovering Your Path.” The event begins July 1, 2018 and ends August 31, 2018. We are looking for pieces that excite others to begin internal work of self-discovery, provides others with encouragement and inspiration when beginning the self-discovery process and affirms self-worth, self-love and self-care. We are asking that all submissions incorporate the following:

•An inspirational/motivational tone

•Encourages others to overcome circumstance and generate attainable goals

•Provides attainable methods to discovering one’s purpose

•Provides methods to start positive internal conversations and defines the process of creating alignment 

•Tells an encouraging story of personal growth in the area of self-discovery, self-love and self care

We encourage contributors to add positive pictures or images that help strengthen the message of your piece. Break up your post with sub-headers to make more scannable for readers. There is no length requirement, we only advise that your post has quality over quantity. Use bullets or numbers to list processes or major points. Include a call-to-action that will help the readers to engage your post. Include a bio about yourself that is two to three sentences along with your name and social media handles. 

Sending your submission does not guarantee that your post will be published by The Dream Incentive Blog. We reserve the right to edit your post for style. Only use images with solid copyrights. All submissions will be reviewed by our editors. Editors reserve the right to edit out redundant words, sentences and punctuation as necessary to help streamline the post for readers. Editors may also restructure submissions to increase reader engagement (if this is done, you will be contacted to review prior to publishing). We will not include any links that redirect to other sites. By submitting your post to The Dream Incentive Blog, you are agreeing to allow our editorial team to make cosmetic changes to your post. 

We encourage all contributors to promote their Dream Incentive Blog post by sharing them via email, Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and any other social media platform. Please be sure to encourage reader engagement with comments to your post.
